Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Urad Dal
• 4 – small onions, chopped
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1.5 cup – curry leaves, chopped
• 5 – Green chillies
• Ginger – 1″ piece
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind it into a thick batter.
  2. Add the required salt, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, and onion and mix well with the batter.
  3. Make vadas and fry them in oil with medium flame.
  4. Serve.
