Ingredients:
• Boneless Chicken – 1lb
• All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
• Corn flour – 3 tbsp
• Egg – 1
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp
• Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Green chillies – 5
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, pepper powder, and egg for 4 to 5 hours.
- Now fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until the chicken is cooked and golden brown in colour, and drain on a paper towel.
- In a separate pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and fry green chillies and the remaining 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste for a minute, and add to the fried chicken.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve.
