Ingredients:

• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Onion – 1, medium-sized
• Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
  2. Add chilli powder and cook on low heat for a while.
  3. Now add milk and salt and cook for a further 5-6 minutes.
  4. Serve with roti.
