Ingredients:
• 750 g – Chicken
• 200 g – Onions
• 10 flakes – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• Garam Masala (cinnamon, clove, cardamom, cumin, pepper in equal quantities)
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 100 g – Milk Cream
• 1 – big Lime
• 1 bunch – Mint leaves
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean the chicken and cut into medium size pieces.
- Grind the onion, ginger and garlic to a paste.
- Mix this paste, garam masala, pepper powder, salt, lemon, mint leaves and coriander leaves, butter and cream.
- Marinate the mixture for 20 mins.
- Then in a pressure cooker add 50 ml water and cook
- Cook for about seven mins and serve when the steam subsides.
