
Ingredients:
• Grated Coconut – 2.5 cups
• 1/3 cup – All-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Salt
• 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
• 1/4 cup – Mixed nuts (Broken)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the cookie tray.
- Sieve flour and baking powder. Now, combine the sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract.
- Stir in nuts and coconut. Mix well. Drop the mixture using a spoon onto the greased cookie tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or till they become golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
