Ingredients:
• 12 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – Melted Butter
• 1 tbsp – Active Dry yeast
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1.5 cups – Luke warm water
• 2tbp – Cinnamon powder
• 2 tbsp – Brown packed Sugar
• 2 tsp – Butter
• Tutti frutti (as per need)
Method:
- In a small bowl, add the active yeast, sugar and salt in lukewarm water, stir it and keep it aside, let it sit for 5 minutes until it turns foamy.
- In a bowl add all-purpose flour and melted butter.
- Gradually add the foamy yeast to the flour and knead into a dough.
- Dust the dough with flour ad required and knead for few minutes until its turns soft.
- Arrange the dough in a greased bowl, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
- Once the dough rises, sprinkle a little flour and knead again for few more minutes.
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and brush the butter over the flattened dough and sprinkle the packed brown sugar, tutti frutti, cinnamon powder over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a loaf.
- Slice the dough into thin slices as desired.
- Arrange the slices on a greased baking mould.
- Cover it with a plastic wrap and let it sit again for an hour until it doubles in volume.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Arrange the baking pan in the middle rack and bake the uncooked rolls for 25-30 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Let it cool on a rack.
- Serve with cup of tea or warm chocolate.
