Ingredients:
• 300 g – Zucchini (cut into pieces)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 6-7 sprigs – Curry leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add zucchini, chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Simmer on low heat till the zucchini is cooked.
