
Ingredients:
• Ingredients 1 :
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 tsp – Oil
• 4 tsp – Milk, to make chapati dough
• Ingredients 2 :
• 2 cups -Cauliflower, grated
• 1 tsp – red chili powder
• A pinch – Garam Masala
• Salt, to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – chopped coriander leave
• 1 tsp – grated Ginger
• 6 eggs
Method:
- Make a dough out of the first set of ingredients, keep aside.
- In a bowl take grated gobi, add salt, chilly powder , ginger, coriander, turmeric, garam masala as per taste, mix .
- In tawa, put oil, and let this gobi mixture be cooked with a lid for 10 minutes, then add beaten eggs, and make burji with that.
- Once done, let cool, then make a small chapati, place mixture, roll like paratha, and fry it on tawa both sides.
- Serve hot with pickle and raita.
