Ingredients:

• 2 -green plantains
• 1/2 tbsp -chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the plantain into thick (2 inch) round pieces.
  2. Mix thoroughly with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and set aside for 30 mins.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the plantain pieces.
  4. Serve hot.
