Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Potatoes
• 1 bunch Spinach (palak)
• 100 g Peas
• 4-5 slices of bread
• 4-5 chillies
• 1/2 tsp of freshly ground Ginger Garlic paste
Method:
- Boil & mash the potatoes.
- Microwave spinach and peas for 5 mins, depending on the power of your microwave.
- Drain water, if any and add the green chillies & dry grind it in a mixer.
- Add this mixture in a bowl, add the potatoes, bread & all the remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste.
- Then roll them into small rolls. Take a skillet add some oil & fry them till they are crisp.
