
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cabbage, long, chopped
• 1 – green chilli, long, chopped
• 4 to 5 – Curry leaves
• Some coriander
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Mustard (raai) seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Salt
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil, and once it is hot, add mustard to it. After the mustard pops, add cumin seeds.
- Add chillies and curry leaves.
- Now add cabbage and salt, and let it cook for some time. (If you add salt before, the curry won’t get burnt).
- Once it is cooked, add coriander, mix it, and serve it hot.
