Ingredients:
• 2- bagels
• 2 tbsp-cream cheese
• 4-5 leaves Spinach
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tbsp- pesto sauce
Method:
- Slice the bagel in half.
- Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
- Add one tsp of pesto sauce to each half.
- Add some fresh spinach leaves and some sliced tomatoes to the bottom half of the bagel.
- Cover with the top half.
- Add pepper to season.
- Italian Bagels are ready.
