Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sorghum flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 – piece Ginger
• Coriander leaves -a few

Method:

  1. Sieve the atta, add all the ingredients, knead the flour with warm water, and make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 parts, grease the palm, take one portion of the dough smoothen on the palm.
  3. Heat tava and roast both the sides and shallow fry till crisp and brownish in colour.
  4. Serve.
