
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sorghum flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 – piece Ginger
• Coriander leaves -a few
Method:
- Sieve the atta, add all the ingredients, knead the flour with warm water, and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts, grease the palm, take one portion of the dough smoothen on the palm.
- Heat tava and roast both the sides and shallow fry till crisp and brownish in colour.
- Serve.
