Ingredients:

• 250 g – Cream (malai)
• 200 g – Sugar
• 150 g – atta (wheat flour)
• 400 ml – water
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom (elaichi) powder
• 2 tbsp – dry fruits, chopped

Method:

  1. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  2. Heat malai and let it melt.
  3. Keep stirring malai for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add atta a little at a time.
  5. Go on stirring till it stops sticking to the sides of the pan.
  6. Let it cook till it becomes a little brown.
  7. Do not stop stirring.
  8. Now add boiling syrup and cook till ghee separates.
  9. Shift to a bowl and decorate with dry fruit and cardamom powder.
