Ingredients:

• Ripe Mango pulp – 1
• Curd (sweet) – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2-3 tsp
• Green chilli (medium-sized) – 2-3

Method:

  1. Pour the mango pulp in a juicer.
  2. Add curd and sugar and mix well.
  3. Finely chop the green chillies.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped chillies slightly and mix to the mango-curd mixture.
  5. Allow it to cool in a refrigerator.
  6. Serve chilled with roti or poori or consume as it is.
