Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 1 – Onion chopped finely
• 1 – Tomato chopped finely
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt
• Black Pepper (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala (optional)
• Oil
• Pita Bread (optional)
Method:
- Heat some oil and fry onions and green chillies.
- When onions are kind of brown, add tomatoes to it.
- Add all masalas to it. (You can add the optional masalas if you want the dish spicier.)
- Cook the whole mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
- Now beat the eggs well. Add some salt and make medium-sized omelettes.
- When the omelettes are cooked, remove them in a dish and put the onion and tomato mixture on one side and fold it.
