Ingredients:
• 200 g – Mushrooms
• 1 cup- boiled peas
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 2 – Garlic flakes chopped finely
• 2 – Onions chopped finely
• 1 – tomato, chopped finely
• 2 green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1/4 tsp – amchur powder
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – water
• Salt to taste
• Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Clean and cut mushrooms into halves.
- Boil mushrooms for 5 mins. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.
- When mustard splutter, add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped garlic and green chillies.
- Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add all the powders and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add mushrooms, peas and capsicum and simmer for 2 mins.
- Add water and salt and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
