Ingredients:

• 200 g – Sugar
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 2 cups – pure Ghee
• 1 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Heat half of the ghee in a thick-bottom pan or kadai.
  2. Fry besan till a nice aroma arises. Remove and keep aside.
  3. Mix sugar with 1.5 cups of water in the kadai.
  4. Let it boil till it reaches a thread consistency.
  5. Add besan, milk and milk maid, and simmer.
  6. Go on stirring while you add the rest of the ghee, a little by little.
  7. When it becomes slightly thick, pour onto a greased plate and cut into square or diamond shapes.
  8. This is a very tasty sweet.
