Ingredients:
• 200 g – Sugar
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 2 cups – pure Ghee
• 1 cup – Milk
Method:
- Heat half of the ghee in a thick-bottom pan or kadai.
- Fry besan till a nice aroma arises. Remove and keep aside.
- Mix sugar with 1.5 cups of water in the kadai.
- Let it boil till it reaches a thread consistency.
- Add besan, milk and milk maid, and simmer.
- Go on stirring while you add the rest of the ghee, a little by little.
- When it becomes slightly thick, pour onto a greased plate and cut into square or diamond shapes.
- This is a very tasty sweet.
