
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mint leaves, washed
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, washed
• 1 – medium-sized onion, peeled and sliced
• 3 – Green chillies
• 10 flakes – garlic, peeled
• Sugar to taste
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – aamchoor (sour Mango powder)
Method:
- Grind the ingredients together in a little water and prepare a fine chutney.
