Ingredients:

• Fresh neem leaves – 1 cup
• Brinjal – 1 cup
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp.

Method:

  1. Fry the neem leaves, without oil, and crush it.
  2. Heat oil, add jeera. When it turns brown, add brinjal pieces.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder and cook it.
  4. When it turns soft, add the crushed neem leaves and mix them all.
