Ingredients:
• 1 kg-mutton
• For marinating paste:
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – dry coriander
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 6 – Cloves
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 6 – small Cardamom
• 1/2 inch stick – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tbsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 no – Hing (small)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Marinate mutton pieces with the paste, add salt and turmeric powder and keep for 20 mins.
- Fry in edible oil and cook for an hour in low heat. Serve hot with cooked rice or selroti.
