Ingredients:
• 1 basic ice- cream.
• ½ cup – cream.
• ½ tsp – Pineapple essence.
• 1 small tin Pineapple slices.
Method:
- Chop the pineapple slices into very small pieces.
- Cut the basic icecream into pieces.
- Add the cream and essence.
- Churn it gently with a hand blender till soft and fluffy.
- Add the pineapple pieces and mix well.
- Keep to set in the freezer.
- To serve:
- Lightly heat little pineapple jam in a non-stick pan.
- Add 2 tbsp water to make a sauce.
- Cook for 2 mins, to get a pouring consistency.
- In a fancy small glass bowl put 2 scoops of the ice-cream and pour some pineapple sauce on it.
- Garnish with pineapple pieces.
- Note: Always use tinned pineapple.
