Ingredients:

• 1 – pomegranate, cleaned
• 1/2 – green cabbage, shredded and chilled
• 1 – orange, segmented, deseeded, peeled
• 4 to 5 – Mint leaves chopped roughly
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped roughly
• 1 tbsp – eggless mayonnaise
• 1 flake – garlic, crushed
• 1/2 tsp – panch phoran mixture
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – sugar, powdered
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Toss all ingredients, together in a large salad bowl.
  2. Make sure to add mayonnaise etc. evenly over contents.
  3. Toss lightly with a wooden fork or spatula. Serve cold.
