Ingredients:

• 2 – boiled potatoes.
• 1 cup – curd.
• 6 – curry leaves.
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds.
• 1 tsp – split urad dal.
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves.
• A pinch of asafoetida.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled potato.
  2. Chop the coriander leaves finely.
  3. Add the potato, coriander, salt to the curd and mix well.
  4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
  5. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  6. Add the split urad dal, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  7. Pour this into the curd.
  8. Chill and serve.
