
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Cauliflower
• 20 – Prawns, medium
• 3 – Onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies, deseeded
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala Powder
• 4 cups – Coconut Milk
• 4 tsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
• Green Coriander for garnish.
Method:
- Heat oil in a flat pan. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
- Next, add tomatoes and saute.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger- garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
- Add cauliflower, saute a bit. Add prawns and salt. Stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook till prawns are half cooked.
- Add coconut milk and garam masala powder and green chillies.
- Cook till gravy thickens. Garnish with green coriander.
- Serve with boiled rice or rotis.
