Ingredients:

• Mint leaves – 2 cups.
• Green chillies – 4.
• Coconut powder – 1/2 cup.
• Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup.
• Garlic Cloves – 3.
• Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp.
• Tamarind – size of lemon.
• oil – 3 tbsp| For seasoning:
• Curry leaves – a few some.
• Mustard Seeds – 1tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
• Chillies – 3.
• Salt|

Method:

  1. Wash mint leaves and drain.
  2. In a kadai, add 1/2 tbsp of oil and fry mint leaves in medium flame until it shrinks.
  3. Fry the sesame seeds and green chillies.
  4. Grind cumin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut powder, garlic cloves, pudina and green chillies.
  5. Then add the tamarind, salt and grind them to a soft paste.
  6. In a kadai, add 2 tbsp of oil and splutter mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and pour into the chutney.
