Ingredients:

• 1 packet (17.5 oz.) – Pumpkin Cookie Mix
• 1/2 cup – butter, softened
• 1 – large Egg
• 2/3 cup – Cream cheese
• Readymade frosting (Your choice)
• Some ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin pie spice

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine cookie mix, softened butter and egg in medium bowl.
  3. Mix with spoon until soft dough is formed.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  6. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
  7. Place frosting into a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner off bag.
  8. Pipe over cooled cookies. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
