Ingredients:

• 4 – boiled Potatoes
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – chopped cashews
• 1 tsp – chopped Almonds
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the potato into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the potato cubes and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add all the masala and saute for a minute.
  4. Add the required amount of salt.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, almonds and cashews.
