Ingredients:

• 1 – yellow Onion
• 1/2 Clove – Garlic
• 3 to 4 – green thin chillies
• 1 to 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• vegetable broth/water
• 1/2 small piece – Cinnamon
• 2 to 3 – Cloves
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 to 3 – Cardamom
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – tava masala
• 1 bag – frozen cut Okra
• 15 to 20 – Cashew nuts
• Olive oil
• Turmeric

Method:

  1. Grind to a paste: Yellow onion, garlic, green thin chillies, tomatoes, milk should be ground into a fine paste.
  2. Take a pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil, add cashew nut fry till light brown.
  3. Add frozen cut okra and fry.
  4. Add the grinded mixture and add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and Tava masala Powder.
  5. Cook till oil separates. Garnish with coriander.
