Ingredients:
• 1 – yellow Onion
• 1/2 Clove – Garlic
• 3 to 4 – green thin chillies
• 1 to 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• vegetable broth/water
• 1/2 small piece – Cinnamon
• 2 to 3 – Cloves
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 2 to 3 – Cardamom
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – tava masala
• 1 bag – frozen cut Okra
• 15 to 20 – Cashew nuts
• Olive oil
• Turmeric
Method:
- Grind to a paste: Yellow onion, garlic, green thin chillies, tomatoes, milk should be ground into a fine paste.
- Take a pan, add 2 spoons of olive oil, add cashew nut fry till light brown.
- Add frozen cut okra and fry.
- Add the grinded mixture and add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and Tava masala Powder.
- Cook till oil separates. Garnish with coriander.
