Ingredients:

• Rava – 1 cup
• Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
• Ghee – 4 tsp
• Cashews – few, chopped
• Raisins – few
• Powdered elaichi – 1/2 tsp
• Milk – 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Fry the rava in ghee, till it slightly changes colour.
  2. Add the desiccated coconut.
  3. Switch off the stove and add the remaining ingredients, except milk.
  4. Now mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle the milk over it, to enable to form round balls.
