Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Channa atta
• 2.25 cups – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup ghee in a kadai, add channa atta and roast it on a low flame till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. Make sugar syrup of single string consistency.
  3. Add the roasted channa atta and keep stirring.
  4. Add the remaining ghee little by little till the mixture thickens and ghee separates out.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased tray.
  6. Cool for 2 mins and sprinkle 2 tsp of sugar on the mixture.
