Ingredients:

• 1-2 bunches – sojina
• very little Mustard Seeds paste
• very little Poppy Seeds paste
• 1 – Potato
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• paste of 1 Onion

Method:

  1. Mix the mustard paste, poppy seeds paste, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chillies, water and oil in a pan.
  2. Add the sojina, potato, salt and boil.
  3. Once the gravy boils, put the pan on simmering flame. Cook until the sojina and potato are well done.
