Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Besan (chick pea flour)
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Water
• 4 to 5 – Cardamoms
Method:
- Roast besan in a pan for a 4-5 minutes.
- Mix sugar with water in a pan and let it boil.
- Now add the slightly roasted besan in it and mix well.
- Cook on a low flame.
- Stir it continuously till the mixture turns slightly pink.
- Now add the ghee to it.
- Cook it stirring continuously on a low flame until all the ingredients mix well.
- Now add the crushed cardamom.
- Pour the mixture onto a plate and let it cool.
- Cut into small pieces and serve.
