Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Besan (chick pea flour)
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Water
• 4 to 5 – Cardamoms

Method:

  1. Roast besan in a pan for a 4-5 minutes.
  2. Mix sugar with water in a pan and let it boil.
  3. Now add the slightly roasted besan in it and mix well.
  4. Cook on a low flame.
  5. Stir it continuously till the mixture turns slightly pink.
  6. Now add the ghee to it.
  7. Cook it stirring continuously on a low flame until all the ingredients mix well.
  8. Now add the crushed cardamom.
  9. Pour the mixture onto a plate and let it cool.
  10. Cut into small pieces and serve.
