Ingredients:

• 500 gms – small-sized Prawns
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp – flour (maida)
• 5 Cloves garlic, cut finely
• Oil to fry
• To make the sauce:
• 5 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add salt to the prawns and mix the finely-cut garlic too.
  2. Beat the eggs, add flour, 4 tbsp of water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok.
  4. Put the prawns in the egg mixture and fry them till they are cooked.
  5. Add the prepared sauce to the fried prawns and then serve hot.
