Ingredients:

• 6 plain pavs or flat buns
• 2 tsp – plain chocolate bits or chips
• 1 tbsp – soft small Raisins
• 1 tbsp – Cashewnuts crushed
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – Milk powder
• 1 tbsp – Sugar powdered
• 2-3 drops vanilla essence (optional)
• 1 tbsp – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Slit the paavs on one side, as deep as possible.
  2. Do not allow any of the other sides to get pierced.
  3. The slit should be the length of the side. Keep aside.
  4. Mix all ingredients together, except the butter and the condensed milk.
  5. Open the slit a bit and coat insides with condensed milk.
  6. Still holding it open, sprinkle in one tbsp of the mixture.
  7. Press well together so that mixture is sealed.
  8. Repeat for all other paavs. Melt butter lightly.
  9. Brush all pavs with the butter.
  10. Bake in a hot oven for 5 mins or till crust is crisp.
  11. Serve with hot or chilled coffee.
  12. They taste good as a cold treat too.
