
Ingredients:
• 150 g – Brinjal
• 150 g – Potato
• 150 g – Raw banana
• 150 g – white gourd (doodhi)
• Salt – as per taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – besan flour
• Peanuts and Channa dal for decoration
Method:
- Remove the skin of raw banana. Cut it into round shapes.
- Cut the other vegetables into round shapes.
- Marinate with all the spices.
- Sprinkle besan flour on it.
- Shallow fry it.
- Garnish with peanuts and dal.
- Note: It can be enjoyed with Snack as a tikka or as a whole meal.
