Ingredients:

• 150 g – Brinjal
• 150 g – Potato
• 150 g – Raw banana
• 150 g – white gourd (doodhi)
• Salt – as per taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – besan flour
• Peanuts and Channa dal for decoration

Method:

  1. Remove the skin of raw banana. Cut it into round shapes.
  2. Cut the other vegetables into round shapes.
  3. Marinate with all the spices.
  4. Sprinkle besan flour on it.
  5. Shallow fry it.
  6. Garnish with peanuts and dal.
  7. Note: It can be enjoyed with Snack as a tikka or as a whole meal.
