
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – onion, sliced
• 1 packet – baked Tofu (instead of meat)
• 1/2 packet – Egg noodles
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds
• A few Cloves
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 – anise
• A few sprigs of Cilantro
• Ground pepper and salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Canola Oil
Method:
- Heat a non-stick pan and in 1 tsp of canola oil, saute all the ingredients except cilantro and egg noodles.
- Add 3 cups of vegetable stock or water. Bring it to a boil and add the noodles.
- Once soft, add salt and plenty of pepper and garnish with cilantro.
