
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 2 tbsp – Onion paste.
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 2 tsp – Salt and Turmeric powder
• 4-5 Bay Leaves
• 1 tsp of cinnamon, Cloves and cardamom, ground together
• 1 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – big Potato, cut into pieces.
Method:
- Beat the eggs with 1 tsp of onion, ginger and garlic paste.
- Put 1 tsp turmeric and bit salt. Mix all the things together with 1 tbsp maida.
- A pinch of soda bicarbonate can also be added in it for fluffiness.
- Add into a greased container and steam in a pressure cooker till done.
- Heat a kadai with oil and fry the potatoes pieces and keep it aside.
- After the eggs cool, cube it and fry it in oil till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Add the ground masala, the powders, bay leaves into the oil and if needed 1 tbsp tomato puree can be added.
- Fry till the oil leaves the masala.
- Put the potatoes and pour one glass of hot water in it.
- After the potatoes get boiled put the egg pieces in it.
- Put 1/2 cup of hot water as these pieces will absorb the water.
- Cook it in slow flame for 10 mins
- Simmer it for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with Rice or Roti.
