Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken cut into small pieces
• 4 – Onion cut length wise
• 3 – Tomatoes cut
• 4 – green chillies, cut lengthwise
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to saute
Method:
- Wash chicken and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add the onions. When they brown, add the tomatoes and the ginger-garlic paste.
- Once tomatoes are cooked, add the chicken, pepper powder, salt, cook for 5-7 mins.
- Add the green chillies and cook till it tender.
- The curry can be cooked until it turns dry or semi dry.
- Goes very well with rotis / plain rice / kushka rice.
