
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – peeled Garlic pods
• 1/2 cup – dry Red Chillies
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Roast the dry red chillies in a kadai without any oil.
- Mix the roasted chillies, garlic, salt and grind it in a mixer.
- This podi (powder) goes well with hot idlis and dosas.
