Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 3 stalks – Garlic chives chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Whisk eggs with pepper powder and salt.
  2. Heat a tsp of oil and add the chopped onions and stir them well until they turn translucent.
  3. Add the chopped garlic chives and fry just a few seconds. Put off the stove. Add the onions and garlic chives to the whisked egg. Mix everything well.
  4. Heat a tsp of oil in a pan. Pour a ladle and cook them well on both sides. Serve hot.
