Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Spinach (palak), finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – Cooked sweet Corn kernels
• 1/2 cup – Skimmed Milk curds, beaten until smooth
• 1/2 cup – Onion, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Garlic, minced
• 1 tsp – Ginger, minced
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute the onion, garlic and ginger until pink
- Add the chilli, turmeric and the garam masala powders with 2 tbsp of water and fry for 1 min
- Now add the spinach and salt
- Cover and cook on a low heat till the spinach gets cooked
- Add the corn kernels and curd
- Simmer till it thickens.
