Ingredients:
• 250 g – keema (minced mutton)
• 100 g – Maida
• 100 g – oil
• 250 ml – Milk
• 50 g – Onion
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 bunches – Cilantro
• 1 – Egg
• 200 g – bread powder
• 100 g – Green chillies
• a pinch of Turmeric
• 2 tbsp – chilli powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure-cook the keema for a few minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the keema and cook until it gets separated.
- Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the maida for 2 minutes. To this, add warm milk and cook until it thickens and looks like mashed potatoes.
- Add the keema mixture to the maida with salt and remove from heat.
- Make round balls and press to oval shape. Apply the beaten egg and bread powder and deep-fry until brown.
- Serve with onion and cucumber pieces.
