Ingredients:

• Murmura – 1.5lb
• Onion – 1 (small)
• Carrots – 20
• Tomatoes – 2
• Green chillies (according to taste)
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch
• Curry leaves – 5-6
• Peanuts and Cashew nuts – 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut onion finely into small pieces.
  2. Grate carrots.
  3. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Finely grind green chillies, coriander leaves, and curry leaves in a blender.
  5. Roast peanuts and cashew nuts in a drop of oil till they turn golden brown.
  6. Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients. Then add murmura and salt, mix well, and serve.
