Ingredients:

• 1 cup – boiled shredded Chicken
• 12 slices – fried bread
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Chicken stock
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1/2 cup – tinned Mushrooms
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• chilli powder
• pepper
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix milk, stock and flour to form a smooth paste.
  2. Melt the butter, fry chicken till it turns slightly brown, and add the paste.
  3. Mix and stir till it becomes smooth and thick.
  4. Add in cream and mushrooms, cook on a low fire till it gets properly blended.
  5. Remove it from the fire, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lay fried bread in a serving dish and spread the filling on top.
  7. Sprinkle it with cheese and chilly powder.
  8. Serve immediately.
