Ingredients:

• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat germ
• 1/2 cup – Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup – organic Molasses
• 1/3 cup – vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup – water
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1.5 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon (plus 1/2 tsp mixed with little Sugar for sprinkling)
• 4 tsp – ground Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – ground Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp – ground Cloves
• A few drops – vanilla extract

Method:

  1. In a large bowl sift and mix together the dry ingredients
  2. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients and whisk till completely dissolved
  3. Now mix both till completely blended and preheat oven to 350 degree F
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and then cover them with cinnamon sugar
  5. Place them in a baking sheet and flatten them lightly with the bottom of a glass tumbler
  6. Bake them for 10-15 min till the edges turn brown
  7. Cool them for 10-15 min
