Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked rice, cooled
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 4 – beaten eggs
• 1 lb – ricotta cheese
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – vanilla
• 9 inch – pie shell
• Cinnamon to taste
Method:
- Grease a Pyrex dish. Beat ricotta cheese and eggs. Add the rest of ingredients, except cinnamon.
- Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
