Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Urad Dal
• 4 – small onions, chopped
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1.5 cup – curry leaves, chopped
• 5 – Green chillies
• Ginger – 1″ piece
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind it into a thick batter.
- Add the required salt, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, and onion and mix well with the batter.
- Make vadas and fry them in oil with medium flame.
- Serve.
