Ingredients:

• 200 ml – Pineapple juice.
• 200 ml – yoghurt.
• 200 g – pineapple.
• 3 fresh apricots.
• 10 ice cubes.

Method:

  1. Place the pineapple juice, yogurt, pineapple and apricot in a blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds, then on high speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Serve immediately.
